Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and performance-focused

Google Ads Account Executives

to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in performance marketing and for candidates with at least

3 months of hands-on experience

who want to grow in a structured, ROI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping) Perform keyword research and prepare effective ad copies Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for leads and ROI Implement and track conversions and funnel performance Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies Prepare performance reports and analyze results Coordinate with internal teams for landing pages and creatives Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices Learn and apply PPC scaling strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Google Ads & PPC (training will be provided for freshers) Understanding of keywords, bidding, and conversions Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Willingness to learn performance marketing tools and strategies Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / IT preferred) Freshers with Google Ads certification OR Candidates with minimum 3 months experience in Google Ads / Digital Marketing Passion for performance marketing and data-driven growth Target-oriented and detail-focused
