We are seeking a motivated

Google Ads Account Executive

to join our digital marketing team. This role is open to

freshers looking to start their career

in paid advertising as well as

experienced professionals

who can independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Training and mentorship will be provided for freshers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) Perform keyword research and write compelling ad copies Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting Track conversions and analyze campaign data using Google Ads and Google Analytics Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams or clients Conduct A/B testing for ads, keywords, and landing pages Follow Google Ads best practices and stay updated with platform changes Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams
Eligibility & Qualifications

Fresher or 1-4 years of experience in Google Ads or digital marketing Basic understanding of Google Ads and PPC concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and presentation skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required

Google Ads (Search Ads knowledge mandatory) Keyword research and ad copywriting Google Analytics / GA4 (basic knowledge for freshers) MS Excel / Google Sheets Attention to detail and time management
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Google Ads Certification Internship or practical project experience (for freshers) Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
