About the Role:As a Sales Manager at Goodz, you will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant, caterer, and confectionery partners while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. You will serve as their primary point of contact (P.O.C.), help them understand Goodz's bulk food ecosystem, and ensure they are fully equipped to receive and handle event-based orders.Your work will directly contribute to building India's event & celebration food ordering network.Key Responsibilities:- Initiate partnerships with new restaurants, caterers, confectioners, and cloud kitchens across all tiers.- Actively manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, acting as their main P.O.C.- Sustain and grow high-value/key accounts that significantly contribute to city revenue.- Provide partners with insights on market trends, customer expectations, and best practices.- Guide vendors on how to structure their 2-course, 3-course, 5-course, and custom event menus.- Assist with bulk portioning standards (20-500+ people).- Educate vendors on Goodz's permitted packaging formats, such as:- Stainless steel utensils- Catering boxes- Disposable packaging- Help vendors price their packages effectively using Goodz's per-person or per-kg pricing models.- Explain the Goodz order flow (Order - Prep - Pickup - Delivery - Utensil Return if applicable).- Own monthly acquisition, activation, and revenue KPIs for your assigned region.- Act as the primary P.O.C. for all existing vendor communication.Desired Candidate Profile:- Graduate with 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or the F&B industry.- Experience or understanding of the catering industry, bulk food orders, or event-based operations is a strong advantage.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Confident, energetic, and a go-getter with the ability to influence decision-makers.- Comfortable working on-field and meeting restaurant/caterer owners.- Good analytical skills with basic Excel proficiency and structured reporting ability.- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.- Weekend flexibility is a plus (events peak on weekends).Equal Opportunity Statement:Goodz is an equal opportunity employer.
