Experience:
1-3 years in warehouse / logistics / QC / inward inspection
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct material inward checks upon arrival at warehouse.
Verify quantities and condition of goods as per Purchase Order / Packing List / Invoice.
Check and report discrepancies (shortage, damage, excess, wrong material, etc.) immediately.
Maintain material inward register and generate inspection reports.
Check shipment documents such as: Packing List, Tax Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-way Bill / LR Copy
Coordinate with Store, Purchase & Transport teams for issues.
Skills Required:
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, email sharing).
Understanding of warehousing and material handling.
Ability to document and prepare simple inspection reports.
Strong alertness and responsibility in identifying discrepancies.
