Prepare golgappa (pani puri), flavored pani, fillings, and chutneys
Serve customers quickly and politely
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Manage raw materials and daily stock
Handle cash and UPI payments
Keep the stall and utensils clean
Ensure consistent taste and quality
