About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Gold Loan Sales Executive to join our retail lending team. This role is responsible for driving business through customer acquisition, loan disbursal, and cross-selling financial products. As part of one of the most trusted sectors in lending, you will play a vital role in promoting gold loans to both new and existing customers, helping them meet their financial needs with secured credit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition:
Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan products through field visits, walk-ins, referrals, and lead conversions. Build a strong customer base in the assigned territory. * Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for gold loans by developing new business opportunities and leveraging existing customer relationships. * Loan Processing & Documentation:
Guide customers through the gold loan application process, ensuring quick and hassle-free documentation, valuation, and loan disbursal. * Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing prompt service, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Cross-Selling:
Cross-sell other financial products such as insurance, savings, and investment schemes based on customer profiles and needs. * Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. * Recovery & Collections Support:
Follow up with overdue customers to ensure timely repayment and assist the collections team when necessary. * Compliance & Risk Management:
Adhere strictly to company policies and RBI guidelines for gold loan operations, including proper customer verification, KYC, and risk assessment procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in gold loans, personal loans, or other financial services.
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with a background in finance, banking, or marketing will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of gold loan processes, lending norms, and customer documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and loan management systems.
