Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loan products.
Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options to customers.
Assess customer eligibility and coordinate gold valuation with the appraiser.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per KYC and compliance norms.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Coordinate with branch operations and credit teams for loan processing.
Handle customer queries, objections, and service-related issues.
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical practices.
