Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Source and onboard customers for gold loan products Verify customer identity, KYC documents, and eligibility Appraise gold ornaments for purity, weight, and value Calculate eligible loan amount as per LTV norms Prepare loan documents, pledge forms, and agreements Disburse loans and explain interest rates, tenure, and repayment terms Ensure secure handling, packing, and storage of pledged gold Maintain accurate records and update loan management systems Monitor repayments, follow up on dues, and support renewals Adhere to RBI guidelines, internal controls, and audit requirements
Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of gold appraisal and basic banking/NBFC operations Good communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and integrity in handling valuables Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
