Job Summary
The Gold Central Executive will be responsible for managing gold transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper control of gold movement within the jewellery manufacturing process. The role is critical in maintaining transparency, accuracy, and compliance in gold handling and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
gold receipt, issue, and return
for various departments.
Maintain accurate records of
gold inward, outward, balance, and consumption
.
Monitor gold movement for production, repairs, and job work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
gold reconciliation reports
.
Coordinate with production, accounts, and inventory teams for smooth operations.
Ensure
zero mismatch
in gold accounting and physical stock.
Maintain documentation related to gold purity, weight, losses, and recoveries.
Follow company SOPs, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
Support internal and external audits related to gold stock and transactions.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
gold accounting and jewellery manufacturing processes
.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential and high-value materials responsibly.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel / ERP systems preferred).
Good coordination and communication skills.
Experience Requirement
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
as a Gold Central Executive in a diamond or gold jewellery manufacturing company is mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
