Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in customers, explaining gold loan schemes and procedures. Conduct accurate gold valuations and determine purity for loan processing. Ensure safe packing, storage, and return of gold and gold packets. Manage cash transactions during loan disbursal, interest collection, and loan closures. Create and update customer records in the system (CUID & LOS) for disbursals, payments, and closures. Maintain branch registers, including key/cash/packet movements and staff & customer visits. Safeguard customer KYC documents and ensure compliance. Follow up with customers to ensure timely interest and principal payments. Provide excellent customer service at every step of the loan process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in gold appraisal, banking, or financial services preferred. Strong attention to detail, honesty, and reliability. Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
