Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled

Golang and React Lead

who will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable backend services and modern frontend applications. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in

Golang (Go)

for backend development and

React.js

for UI development, along with the ability to mentor teams, drive code quality, and own technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable backend services using

Golang

Architect and build frontend applications using

React.js

Work closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps Optimize application performance and scalability Mentor and guide junior developers within the team Manage sprint planning, task delegation, and progress tracking

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Golang

for backend microservices development

Proficient in React.js

, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Experience in

RESTful API

design and integration Strong understanding of

Microservices architecture

Familiarity with

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Experience with

SQL / NoSQL databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Solid knowledge of

Git

and standard development workflows Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

Cloud experience (

AWS / GCP / Azure

) Experience with

GraphQL

Knowledge of

Go frameworks

(Gin, Echo, Fiber) and

React state management

(Redux/Context API) Exposure to Agile environment

Education

BE / BTech / MCA / MSc / Equivalent Technical Degree
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹897,017.15 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
