We are seeking an experienced

Golang Backend Developer

to join our growing engineering team. This role is focused on building

scalable, high-performance backend systems

that support real-world, production-grade applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and senior engineers on

system design, performance optimization, production deployments, and enterprise-level feature development

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

Golang

Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems Build and maintain production-grade APIs and core backend components Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices Support production releases and continuous system improvement

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience

in backend development with

Golang

Strong understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems Experience building scalable, high-performance applications Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, and backend infrastructure Experience working with real-world production systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
