We build scalable, real-time, and secure software systems for industries including e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, and finance, using the latest cloud-native and microservices-based architecture. 3. Job Overview: We are hiring a Golang Developer with strong skills in Python, Shell scripting, and NATS messaging system. The candidate will be part of our backend engineering team responsible for developing high-performance, real-time distributed systems. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. 4. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement backend services in Golang, leveraging NATS for messaging. Write automation tools and scripts in Python and Shell for deployment, monitoring, and system tasks. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and frontend teams to design scalable microservices. Optimize applications for performance, concurrency, and reliability. Ensure system monitoring, logging, and alerting are in place using industry-standard tools. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. 5. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-6 years in backend development with at least 2 years using Golang. Strong exposure to Python scripting and Shell automation. Proven experience with NATS or similar messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days preferred. 6. Skill Set: Must-Have: Proficient in Golang, with strong understanding of concurrency (goroutines, channels). Hands-on with Python scripting for backend and automation tasks. Proficient in Shell scripting for system-level operations. Working knowledge of NATS messaging, Pub/Sub patterns, and distributed systems. Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, and Git. Good to Have: Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack. Understanding of security principles, performance tuning, and scalability.
