Core Skill -Fullstack, Architecture, Go-Lang - 11 to 15+ years.
Deep Dive: The individual must have the below mentioned split of experience:Go Lang experience : 6+ Yrs (all hands-on) Architecture and Fullstack : 8/9+ Yrs (all hands-on) Team Lead : 5 Yrs

Required skills:Architect and develop scalable fullstack applications using Golang for backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript) for frontend. Design and implement microservices architecture and distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, product owners, and other architects to deliver robust enterprise solutions. Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices. Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth). Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Utilize CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git for deployment and version control

Good to have:Python, .NET, Java - Any backend.
