RM (Relationship Manager):- New Booking/welcome process incl. Documentation- Responsible for the agreement registration including registration schedule with customer (may not be physically present for registration)- Coordinating with CRG/Legal to provide any clarification on agreement clauses- NPS initiative and testimonials- Collection efficiency target achievement & outstanding reduction- Collection follow up for self & Bank funding customers- Be the SPOC for all customer communication- Own customer experience and seek support from others through ECRM- On site, walk in handling- Customer engagement initiatives- Driving snagging/de-snagging for the respective assets.- Flat Hand over coordination- Coordination for snag rectification tracking and sharing timelines with customer.
