- Position Title: Brand Executive- Functional Area: Marketing & Sales, Pune - Location: Pune- On CIEL-HR payroll- Female and LGBTQ preferred- Salary: Upto 4LPABasic Purpose of the Position:The objective of this position is effectively execute and manage all aspects of brand and project marketing. It would broadly encapsulate Above the line(ATL)/Below the line (BTL) marketing activities for leads and walkins generation, developing project specific promotion material like brochures/renders/animation, developing and managing web content, product and process innovation, competitive analysis, etc. along with on-site activities like ensuring pleasant & smooth customer experience at site offices.Role responsibilities:- Developing project specific promotion material like brochures/renders/animation, developing and managing web content, product and process innovation, competitive analysis in conjunction with respective L1 executives/managers- Execution of creative servicing to site & sales teams basis launch/sustenance communication calendar designed; Managing the Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly creative requirement calendar to ensure achievement of business goals and site led plans are being met. - Co-ordinate with various media agencies and ensure timely release of the advertisement across print, digital, Radio, Outdoors - Hoardings, Pole Kiosks, Billboards, Posters etc. - Collateral Development concept and sign-off (3d models, renders, Avs, VR.)- Vendor management and co-ordination for execution/deployment of brand campaigns across site branding & outdoor, BTL, exhibitions and activations after doing recee and choosing best fit for projects. Fortnightly monitoring and corrections to be done.- Execution of on-site/project events like CP meets/Customer/Employee meets/Allotment Days/Exhibitions, etc. managing the end to end execution and experience.- Ensure timely availability of the Project Promotion Material like Site Plans/Floor plans, Brochures, Fliers, Project models, etc. from the respective vendors.- To be the custodian of on-site experience across all customer touch points ensuring consistency in brand experience across sites with upkeep and decorum in Marketing Office and Sample Apartment (MOSA). - To be a critical part of Development of MOSAs coordinating with the projects, design, site team & vendors to have the same as per SnM requirement. - Identifying avenues to drive sales through BTL channels including but not limiting to Societies, Corporates, Stores, Malls, Banks for driving walkins and bookings.- Visiting competition and provide relevant inputs to the brand team regarding how the sample flat should look like, what necessary interiors specification are to be maintained.- To optimise costs and have a pool of vendors for requirements related to printing, events, outdoors, BTL to work on multiple projects in parallel at tight deadlines.
