Minimum

6 months of calling experience

(inbound/outbound)

Good communication skills

Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally

Roles & Responsibilities



Handle customer calls related to

queries, complaints, and product support

Provide accurate information and ensure

first-call resolution

Maintain customer records and update CRM on a daily basis Coordinate with internal teams for

issue escalation and follow-ups

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through

timely responses

Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
