Handle customer calls related to
queries, complaints, and product support
Provide accurate information and ensure
first-call resolution
Maintain customer records and update CRM on a daily basis
Coordinate with internal teams for
issue escalation and follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through
timely responses
Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
