Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Regularly update stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Coordinate with the purchase and sales departments for material in/out flow.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of goods.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation with records.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the godown.
Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Handle loading/unloading operations and supervise labor as required.
Prevent losses by monitoring theft, damage, or spoilage.
