We are seeking a responsible and experienced Godown Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse/godown. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, supervise staff, ensure timely dispatch/receiving of goods, maintain proper records, and implement safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations of the godown including receiving, storing, dispatching, and record keeping.
Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct periodic stock audits/physical verification.
Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling of goods.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO methods and prevent stock damage, pilferage, or wastage.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth supply chain flow.
Maintain godown cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Train and manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movement and inventory status.
Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward stock, challans, invoices, and delivery notes.
Monitor and maintain equipment, racks, and storage infrastructure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
