The Godown Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, managing inventory, and dispatching goods efficiently. The role ensures smooth flow of materials, proper stock maintenance, and timely supply to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations such as receiving, stacking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams for timely material availability.
Manage loading and unloading activities and supervise warehouse staff/labour.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the godown area.
Ensure proper documentation for goods received and dispatched.
Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excess, and report to management.
Handle logistics coordination with transporters and delivery schedules.

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
