We are looking for a responsible and organized Godown Incharge to oversee the storage, handling, and dispatch of interior and exterior products. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate efficiently with the sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise loading and unloading of materials.
Maintain proper stock records and update inventory on time.
Ensure goods are stored safely and labeled correctly.
Check incoming and outgoing materials against invoices and delivery challans.
Coordinate with showroom, sales, and accounts teams for product dispatches.
Maintain cleanliness and order within the godown.
Monitor daily material movement and report shortages or damages.
Manage helpers, drivers, and laborers efficiently.
Handle basic documentation.
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse or godown management.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Physically active, responsible, and punctual.
Ability to handle labor teams and work under minimal supervision.
