Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the godown/warehouse
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods
Ensure proper storage, stacking, and safety of materials
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for dispatch
Prepare delivery challans, GRNs, and stock reports
Conduct regular physical stock verification
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the godown
Handle loading/unloading activities and supervise labor
Prevent damage, loss, or theft of goods
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
2-5 years of experience as a Godown/Warehouse Incharge
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage labor and coordinate with multiple departments
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in tiles, ceramics, building materials, or FMCG industry
