Inventory

Receive, record, store, and replenish inventory. Ensure inventory is stored in the correct locations and is accurately counted.

Shipping and receiving

Oversee the delivery of goods into the warehouse and their efficient dispatch to customers.

Safety

Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized.

Staff management

Schedule, train, supervise, and appraise warehouse staff.

Equipment

Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Logistics

Manage the flow of products to customers and company facilities.

Communication

Communicate with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to solve problems and provide instructions.

Planning

Collaborate with other departments to develop strategic plans and procedures to improve efficiency.

Reporting

Maintain statistical and financial records, and keep health and safety records.
