Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and physically fit

Godown Helpers

to assist with daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidates will support the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently, ensuring stock is handled carefully and records are maintained accurately. This role is critical in maintaining smooth logistics for our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks. Organize products in the Godown as per category and company standards. Carry out daily stock movement and stacking of materials. Support inventory counts and stock-taking exercises. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Godown. Assist in packing, labeling, and sorting items. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines. Report any damages, discrepancies, or inventory shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Plus two Prior experience in a warehouse/Godown setting is a plus. Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Punctual, reliable, and hardworking. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Working Conditions:

Shift-based work may be required. Standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. May be required to work in non-air-conditioned environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
