We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to manage our godown operations and assist in hands-on production work. This role requires someone who can maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, keep stock in excellent condition, and actively participate in creating and assembling products as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesGodown Management
Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the godown.
Organize and arrange stock systematically.
Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages/damages.
Ensure all material is stored safely and properly.
Handle loading/unloading of goods and maintain stock movement records.
Keep the workspace clutter-free and production-ready at all times.
Production Work
Assist in creating, assembling, and finishing products as per requirements.
Follow production instructions and quality standards.
Work with tools, materials, and machines as required.
Maintain cleanliness of production equipment and workspace.
Support in packaging and dispatch preparations when needed.
Requirements
Prior experience in warehouse/godown work preferred.
Basic understanding of stock management.
Ability to do physical work (lifting, organizing, cleaning).
Willingness to learn and participate in production tasks.
Honest, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Additional Qualities (Preferred)
Basic craft, assembly, or production skills.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to take ownership of the workspace.
