Job Description

Key Responsibilities :- Generate leads through schools, colleges, sports events, societies, and local outreach- Convert inquiries into paid admissions through calls, meetings, and counseling- Conduct academy tours and program presentations for parents and students- Participate in sports events and promotional activities to acquire admissions- Build partnerships with schools, RWAs, and community groups- Maintain and update leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets- Coordinate with marketing and coaching teams for campaigns and trials- Organize trial sessions and conversion drives- Handle parent queries on programs, schedules, and feesRequired Skills :- Strong sales and closing skills- Excellent communication and persuasion ability- Field sales and event marketing experience preferred- Relationship-building with parents and institutions- Target-driven and self-motivated Experience & Qualification :- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)- 2-5 years experience in admissions / education / sports / field sales- Experience in youth sports or academy sales is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
