Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
Develop and update Goan cuisine menu items based on seasonality and guest preferences.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff on Goan cooking techniques and recipes.
Monitor inventory and assist in sourcing authentic Goan ingredients.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to enhance the food offering.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Goan Chef or in preparing Goan cuisine in a professional kitchen.
In-depth knowledge of Goan ingredients, spices, and traditional cooking methods.
Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred.
Creativity and passion for Goan food and culture.
Team player with strong communication skills.
