Role: Rural - Go to Market BD (Agritech)Company :- The company is an online agriculture marketplace that connects farmers with retail/wholesale buyers, input suppliers, and financers to solve some of the most difficult problems faced by Indian farmers. The company has already onboarded 3 million + farmers on its platform and is on its way to reaching 5 million + farmers by 2023. The company leverages technology (AI, Satellite Data, Whatsapp, and Twitter) as well as its offline presence in remote corners of the country to remove inefficiencies in the Indian Agricultural Industry. - The company is headed by a visionary founder who gave up his high-paying job with a big tech firm and his startup in Silicon Valley to dedicate his efforts to solving the problems of Indian farmers so that no farmer is left behind.- The 6-year-old company has recently raised funding from a large Silicon Valley-based Venture Capital fund and prominent angel investors to realize its vision by strengthening its technology platform, expanding its physical presence, and enhancing its team.Location : MohaliDetailed : Responsibilities : - Concept Selling Sales job. Find companies for the network provided by the company Contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn - Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Directly work with core management team - Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Keep an eye on the competition. Requirements : - Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales) Track record of achieving sales quotas - Experience with CRM software, Online tools for effective sales Understanding of sales performance metrics- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Good Email writing skills- Ability to deliver engaging presentations Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
