The main purpose is to take full responsibility of Fixing & Problem Analysis / Technical Discussions / Self Initiator to Mentor peers for Competence Development / Process understanding and awareness / Audits awareness and follow ups / handling emergencies and trouble tickets activities related to STP DRA Network (Describe the Job summary here)!

What you will do

• First level service problem restoration in 24*7 shifts.
• To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance or supervision, when necessary.
• To handle and complete the Change Request in stipulated time period.
• To Create WO to FM team when necessary.
• Raise TT towards Second level in consultation.
• Perform FIRST level Preventive Maintenance of nodes.
• Support Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes if required.
• Site level fault fixing in all vendor in all technology.
• QIA alarm trouble shooting assigned as per ZLD.
• Sleepy cell, TR Fail, Sync related alarm trouble shooting and rectification
• Support on cell and site restoration
• RP fault, CP fault, Power cycle, group switch fault in Linux BSC
• OMU/BCSU/ET trouble shooting

You will bring

• Telecommunications knowledge e.g. telephony switching principles, traffic concepts, telecommunication networks, signaling and product functional demands.
• General understanding of AXE Traffic cases and Mobile Traffic cases. For complimentary products, broad knowledge of Unix operating system is crucial.
• Hands on AXE 810, APZ 212 40, APZ 212 50, APZ 212 60, APZ 214 01/03, APG 40 C/2, APG 40 C/4, APG 43.
• General understanding of DX200, IPA, Multi controller Traffic cases and Mobile Traffic cases. For complimentary products, broad knowledge of MML and Linux operating systems is crucial.
• GSM, WCDMA with LTE call flows.
• 4G & 5G RAN Architecture
• Cloud Basic knowledge

Key Qualification

• Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• At least 8 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years of experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be into Telecom Network
• Technical and/or functional skills: GSM, 4G/LTE and 5G Knowledge, Ericsson, GSM / AXE, NOKIA, Huawei, ZTE Systems / products.
• Language skills: Proficiency in Written & Spoken English & Hindi
• Values and behaviors: Ericsson Core Values, Honesty, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Ability to handle pressure & work in a tough environment.
