Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and compassionate

GNM Nurses (General Nursing and Midwifery)

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with medical procedures, and support the healthcare team in maintaining a safe and healing environment. This role involves working in various clinical settings including general wards, ICUs, emergency units, and outpatient departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physician instructions and hospital protocols Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and update charts accurately Administer medications and injections as prescribed Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas Prepare patients for surgeries and post-operative care Support patients and families with health education and emotional care Follow infection control and safety guidelines strictly Report changes in patient conditions promptly to the medical team Document all care provided and maintain patient records confidentially

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma or Graduate in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

from a recognized nursing school or institution Must be registered with the State Nursing Council

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates

are welcome to apply Experience in a hospital or clinical setting will be an added advantage

Skills and Competencies:

Strong clinical and observational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure Compassionate, patient-focused attitude Basic computer literacy for maintaining electronic medical records (EMR)
