Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physician instructions and hospital protocols
Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and update charts accurately
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas
Prepare patients for surgeries and post-operative care
Support patients and families with health education and emotional care
Follow infection control and safety guidelines strictly
Report changes in patient conditions promptly to the medical team
Document all care provided and maintain patient records confidentially

Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or Graduate in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
from a recognized nursing school or institution
Must be registered with the State Nursing Council
