We are seeking a seasoned Manager / Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing Platform Enablement capability within the Software & Platform industry group. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving digital transformation through ERP/CRM platforms enablement, with a strong foundation in SAP or Salesforce technologies and a strategic consulting mindset. In this role, you will lead high-impact engagements, shape digital transformation strategy and approach for clients, and contribute to thought leadership for innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements to design, develop, and implement ERP/CRM solutions
Define business cases, transformation roadmaps, and target operating models
Advise CXOs and senior executives on how business processes can be revisited with technology capabilities at the forefront for innovation and efficiency
Ideate and architect Agentic AI use cases and oversee their integration into key functional processes
Stay ahead of AI/GenAI trends and translate them into actionable consulting offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Architects, QA, Security and Industry experts
Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses
Mentor junior team members and build capability within the Platform Enablement practice
Represent the firm at industry forums and contribute to whitepapers and PoVs
Must have skills:
Proven expertise in SAP or Salesforce solutions strategy, architecture, and implementation
Hands-on experience with SAP FI/MM/BRIM/Ariba or S4 HANA or Salesforce Sales Cloud/Services Cloud/Marketing Cloud/CPQ/Agentforce
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate solutions into tangible business value
SAP Certifications such as S/4HANA Functional, S/4HANA Professional, SAP Solutions Architect
Salesforce Certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Services Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, Systems Architect
Track record of managing complex client engagements end-to-end
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (C-level and technical teams)
Strong project leadership and team management capabilities
Good to have skills:
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with focus on infrastructure/hosting and integration with ERP/CRM solutions
Experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, LLMs, diffusion models)
Prior experience in technology consulting or advisory roles
Understanding of industry-specific AI use cases in software, hardware, or platforms

Experience:
Minimum 12 years and above of professional experience, with at least 6-8 years in SAP modules such as FI/MM/BRIM/Ariba (or) SAP S4 HANA modules (or) Salesforce Sales Cloud/Services Cloud/Marketing Cloud/CPQ/Agentforce consulting
Demonstrated leadership in delivering ERP or CRM solutions across digital transformation and systems implementation (Assessment, Strategy, Planning, Implementation)
Experience working with large technology firms, consultancies, or hyperscalers is highly preferred
Prior experience mentoring and growing high-performing consulting teams
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech/BE + MBA (top-tier institutes)
