Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Analytics to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. This role will redefine the future of organizational capability by harnessing the power of GenAI, fostering a culture of innovation, and architecting solutions that are both cutting-edge and value obsessed. It's not just analytics or consulting, it's organizational reinvention amplified by artificial intelligence. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our clients' talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery
o Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes.
o Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
2. Client Engagement & Solution Development
o Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges.
o Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Org Culture, Change Management, Operating Model and Organization Design, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy and Skill Analytics.
o Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
3. Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM)
o Shape and execute the GTM strategy for Talent and Org Analytics and GenAI offerings by identifying market segments, crafting compelling value propositions, and qualifying business opportunities.
o Lead sales origination and business development--responding to RFPs, developing value cases, and collaborating across solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams.
o Author thought leadership and marketing assets to support GTM outreach and elevate the practice's brand and solutions.
4. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management.
o Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team.
o Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies.
5. Team Leadership and Management:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 analytics professionals.
o Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Education and Experience
Required
o 10 -12 years in analytics, AI/ML, or talent intelligence--ideally from consulting or advanced internal analytics leadership roles.
o Strong background in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, agentic AI).
o Demonstrated success in client-facing delivery, including business development, GTM strategy, and stakeholder communication.
o Proven experience building and mentoring high-performing analytics and AI teams.
o Excellent at translating analytics into strategic business outcomes and executive storytelling.
Preferred
o Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) in Data Science, Analytics, Organizational Development, or related domains.
o Experience within consulting firms or leading GTM-driven analytics practices.
o A thought-leader mindset with contributions to frameworks, internal tools, or innovation programs in GenAI.
