Job:GN - Tech Strategy & Advisory - Transformation Office - C|MLocation:Gurgaon/Mumbai/BangaloreExperience:

6-10 years large scale consulting experience and managing teams in a consulting environment or as part of a firm\xe2\x80\x99s internal strategy/transformation capability
5+ years of experience participating or leading a part of significant digital transformation program(s) \xe2\x80\x93 preferably in ERP, Cloud, Platforms, Interactive, New IT and other Technology landscapes
Experience in supporting Project Management/ Value Realization Office /Transformation Management Office for own organization or for clients
3+ years of experience leading or managing teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing recommendations
Exposure to and understanding of IT Strategy & Scrum/Agile transformation methodology
A strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources
