Job Summary:

We are looking for an SAP EWM Manager with 10+ years of S4 HANA experience. High-tech industry experience will have additional advantages. The candidate should possess analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to assist our clients in achieving growth and transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering. Lead project teams: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live. Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, translating their business needs into SAP EWM solutions. Solution architecting: Design robust and scalable SAP EWM solutions that align with client strategies. Scope and risk management: Define project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Presales and business development: Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and effort estimations for new projects. Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations. Oversee S4 integrations, and assist in developing proof of concepts as required Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must have skills: Strong Proficiency in SAP EWM 9.5 or SAP S/4 HANA EWM (Decentralized/Embedded). Understand the nuances of Basic vs Advanced EWM and both modes of deployment (Embedded and Decentralized) Work on integration of EWM with SAP S/4 HANA or ECC and connected modules like MM, SD, QM, PP and TM Good knowledge of warehouse layouts, shelfing and picking strategies, RF transactions, Storage Control and Handling units Experience in advanced EWM processes like Cross-docking, VAS, Labor Management, Kitting, DAS etc. Experience in integration with material flow systems (MFS) is a plus Good Understanding of logistics execution and inventory management process Knowledge of transportation management (TM) and supply chain executive is an advantage Collaborate with client teams, including the order-management team, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement Provide training and support to client on EWM best practices Ensure all client activities are documented and tracked in the system Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics
