Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Growth & Revenue Management
Drive and maintain year-on-year revenue growth for the leasing vertical.
Regularly track key business milestones, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures.
Monitor upcoming supply, meet clients/developers proactively, and identify early-stage opportunities.
Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists along with identified potential clients.
Participate in large transactions and support the team with expertise to close deals efficiently.
Ensure sales closures and achievement of overall team revenue targets.
2. Transaction & Deal Management
Ensure effective and seamless execution of leasing transactions across asset classes
Review lead funnels, prioritize high-potential opportunities, and guide the team on focus areas.
Oversee all transaction documents and stages of the transaction lifecycle.
Conduct due diligence on market deals and share insights with the team.
Approve all communication circulated for marketing and leasing activities.
Address deal-related issues promptly and manage client escalations professionally.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and manage a team of Research Executives, Managers, and junior staff.
Ensure all team members meet their KRAs and performance expectations.
Build, mentor, and motivate the team for high performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular monitoring of team activities and provide guidance when required.
Ensure timely training and upskilling of team members.
Maintain compliance with all Work, Health & Safety policies.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct HNI/Developer meetings per month to strengthen market presence.
Engage regularly with clients for confidence building, PR, and business continuity.
Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
5. Reporting & Strategy
Develop and advise creative sales strategies for the team to enhance business performance.
Present monthly reports, performance updates, and key insights to the respective heads/director.
Ensure alignment of team activities with broader organizational goals.
Support in strategic planning for business expansion and market penetration.
