The GM-Solutions & BD role is pivotal in driving business growth and operational excellence. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of Retail Banking Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments ensuring seamless integration and execution of business strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. Oversee business operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business development strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives. Manage and optimize business operations to achieve financial and operational targets. Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies in a hybrid work model. Monitor and report on business performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all business operations. Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve business processes. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective business operations.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Business Operations and Business Analysis & Planning. Demonstrate experience in Retail Banking Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments. Exhibit proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration. Have a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives. Demonstrate capability to manage and optimize business operations for success.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Six Sigma Green Belt
