OBJECTIVE:




Location: Koregaon Park, Pune Company: Advani Realty

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




Generate and qualify leads for commercial office leasing (1 milion sq. ft.) and ultra-premium residential sales for the Platinum One project. Target HNI, NRI, corporate, and business clients. Source and generate potential client leads for commercial and residential projects. Build a network of HNI, NRI, corporate, and business prospects Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to ensure lead conversion. Conduct market research to identify target client segments. Maintain accurate lead data and reports in CRM. Support marketing initiatives for client outreach.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:




8+ years in client sourcing for commercial and/or premium residential projects. Strong network with HNI, NRI, corporate, or business communities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Target-driven, proactive, and well-organized. Familiarity with Pune real estate market preferred.
