Role Wholesale Business Lead - International Roaming Job Level/ Designation Function / Department Consumer Marketing Location Corporate Office, Mumbai Job Purpose Drive roaming partner tie-ups across 190+ countries and over 550 Roaming Partners and be responsible for maintaining and growing these partnerships which will help grow In-roaming revenue ( Rs 220cr) and control associated costs ( Rs 360cr). The role will also be responsible for driving service harmonization across both Vodafone and Idea stacks. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Deliver International In-Roaming revenue growth Drive roaming partner tie-ups across 190+ countries and negotiate deals / develop business cases to optimize associated costs Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive wholesale settlement value validation and documentation while also inputting on the month closing activity of country wise revenue and cost allocation. Plan roaming traffic and exchange steer basis trends Lead commercial negotiations for key projects like M2M for IR and in roaming deals for VIBS, vendor management for all BAU and new developments Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Strong business acumen, Analytical Thinking & Negotiation skills, Leadership & Team Work, excellent marketplace and customer understanding, B2B expertise, excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills Adequate experience in Key Account Management roles in e-Commerce, Financial Services, telecom, aviation Must have technical / professional qualifications MBA with experience of dealing with international teams preferred Years of Experience 7-10 years Industries to look from Travel, Aviation, Financial Services (Banks, Credit Cards, Insurance), Fintech, Telecom, ITeS Ideal Organizations to look from VISA, MasterCard, Thomas Cook, Airtel, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Citibank, MakemyTrip, Amazon, Flipkart, Indigo Direct reports NA Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) An Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership
