Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented

GMB Profile Optimization Executive

to manage, optimize, and maintain Google Business Profiles to improve local search visibility and lead generation for clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google My Business optimization and a strong understanding of local SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Google Business Profiles with accurate business information, categories, services, and descriptions Ensure consistency of Name, Address, and Phone Number (NAP) across listings Upload and manage high-quality images, videos, and regular GMB posts Monitor, respond to, and manage customer reviews and Q&A professionally Track GMB performance metrics such as views, clicks, and calls Resolve listing issues including verification, suspensions, and duplicates Implement local SEO best practices to improve rankings and engagement Coordinate with internal SEO and marketing teams as required Stay updated with Google Business Profile policies and feature updates
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

6 months of experience

in GMB / Google Business Profile optimization Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile guidelines Experience with listing verification and troubleshooting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good written communication skills Basic knowledge of reporting tools and analytics
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a digital marketing or SEO agency Familiarity with citation management and local SEO tools Experience managing multiple business profiles or locations
