Responsibilities:
Create, verify, and optimize Google My Business listings.
Update business information, photos, and posts regularly.
Monitor reviews and reply professionally to customers.
Track GMB insights and prepare weekly performance reports.
Ensure accurate Name, Address, and Phone (NAP) details across all listings.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to boost local SEO ranking.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of Google My Business and Google Maps.
Knowledge of SEO and local SEO (preferred).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Basic computer and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or any related field.
Digital Marketing certification (optional but preferred).
