Qualification: CA/ICWA/Master's in Finance & Accounts

Experience: Min 13+, hands-on experience in managing company finance and accounts

# Preferred experience in manufacturing industries,with furniture manufacturing as an added advantage

Salary: Up to 35 LPA

Job Role:


Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.


Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and strategic decision-making.


Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk assessment to support business goals.


Handle audits, statutory payments, and compliance with regulatory standards.


Develop and enforce finance policies and drive process improvements.


Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights for stakeholders.


Mentor and guide the finance team to build capabilities and ensure

performance.
