Job Summary

Derik Motors Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced

GM / AGM / Manager - Automobile Sales

to lead and scale dealership sales operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage large sales teams, strengthen OEM relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end automobile sales operations across assigned branches Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company and OEM objectives Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets (2W/3W/4W as applicable) Manage and mentor Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives Drive showroom walk-ins, conversions, institutional sales, and corporate tie-ups Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions, campaigns, and events Maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives and financial institutions Monitor sales MIS, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability metrics Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM standards, and statutory requirements

Qualifications

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 15+ years of relevant experience in automobile sales leadership roles Prior experience handling multi-branch or multi-location operations is highly preferred
