The Business Head -IT Infra is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the IT Infrastructure division reporting to the group COO.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead nationwide sales team members to achievesales targets; Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assignedcustomer accounts, Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements; Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, perform research and identify new potentialcustomers and new market opportunities.
Assertive, target-oriented good in networking and capability of managing staff located PAN India. Astrong and approachable persona with the ability to patiently handle unexpected situations.
Leading the development of the company's short- and long-term strategies via standards budgets and Business Plans, creating objectives and targets for his directs so that the same is achieved while monitoring the performance of the team member positions periodically and informing the COO/Leadership of the developments of the overall organization's affairs.
Provide strategic inputs and showcase leadership in decision-making on issues concerning the organization; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships via meticulously defined KRAs & KPI's.
To diligently execute and implement the vision of the senior management by smooth communication with the personnel while demonstrating attributes like strategic development, delegation of authority, clear direction, mentoring, and support.
Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, liaising, etc., and technical know-how of advancements in the IoT and IT services domain while keeping up to date with the latest policies worldwide.
Evaluate the company's financial, operational, sales, and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
Work Experience:
Worked as a Sr. Manager /GM Business Unit Head/ Sales Head with P& L responsibility with a portfolio of products and services and customers across multiple geographies and domains like - IOT, Technology, Business Process Management, Engineering Research and Development (ER&D), IT Consultancy, Telecom, Electronic System & Data Maintenance(ESDM), Start-ups.
Management degree (MBA - Sales/Systems/ Marketing).
Engineer with a Management Degree in (Sales/Systems/Marketing) with overall experience of at least 15 years to a maximum of 18 years with at least 5+ years of Complete business management experience in a technology company/Industry Association.
Experience in leading Start-ups in some part of the career will be very useful.
Experience with products & services that require adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks, process rigor, and multiple levels of validation - essential.
Should have experience in working with various stakeholders like Industry, Public Sector,MNCs, and other external ecosystems.
Should have the ability to manage the Global relationships to promote the Organization to take it to the next level.
