Urgent Opening of General Manager(GM) - Works -:

Location : Kalamsar, Khambhat,Gujarat

Responsibilities:

Oversee end to end operations, ensuring seamless production , logistics & quality control.

Lead all operations: manufacturing, R&D, sales, supply chain , HR, Production.

Lead & mentor cross- functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation & excellence

Manage production planning, process optimization, and quality control using equipment like HPLC and spray dryers.

Drive strategy, innovation, and global market growth. Manage budgets, resources, and sustainability .

Lead staff, manage unions, and engage with directors.

Mitigate risks and maintain quality standards..

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations, including effluent treatment systems.

Optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Lead and train plant staff, managing labor relations and union negotiations.

Collaborate with directors to meet production and quality targets.

Key Skills:

Expertise in chemical manufacturing, production planning, and process optimization.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen. In-depth knowledge of safety, environmental, and labor compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in SAP, quality control systems, and project management.

Work Experience Requirements:

20+ years in chemical manufacturing, with 10+ years in senior leadership

Qualifications:

B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry; MBB or advanced degree preferred
