Responsibilities

Lead and manage all technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Develop and implement technical strategies to improve project efficiency and execution. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and resources needed. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical challenges, and maintain quality control. Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the technical teams.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and engineering principles. Minimum 7 years experience
