Job description: We are Hiring for Group Service General Manager
Responsibilities-
Departmental management:
Oversee all service operations, manage the service department's budget, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Staff management:
Recruit, train, and evaluate technicians and other support staff. Motivate the team and ensure they adhere to quality standards and processes.
Customer satisfaction:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints promptly, and ensure the department maintains high customer retention.
Operational efficiency:
Coordinate and supervise service activities, manage repair schedules, and optimize workflow. Ensure technicians are productive and work is completed efficiently. Take care Customer care department ,their appointment or conversion, load, NPS, Complain, other
Performance and profitability:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Track All manpower productivity
Compliance and safety:
Ensure the department complies with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align strategies and ensure a unified customer experience.
Strategic development:
Develop and implement service policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend relevant improvements.
