General Manager - Service for our Jaguar Landrover dealerships. Key Responsibilities:Lead the Service operations across Jaguar Landrover Guwahati,Drive customer satisfaction, workshop profitability, and process compliance.Ensure highest standards of after-sales experience aligned with Lexus Motors Jaguar Landrover India guidelines.Manage Service, Bodyshop, CRM, and Technical teams effectively.Analyze business performance and implement strategic improvements. Desired Profile:Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the automobile service domain (premium car segment preferred).Strong leadership, team management, and customer handling skills.Proven track record in achieving CSI & revenue targets.
