Responsibilities:
Lead the modular sales division and drive business growth.
Manage P&L, revenue targets, and sales forecasting.
Build and strengthen relationships with architects, designers & premium clients.
Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
Oversee end-to-end project coordination with design, production, and installation teams.
Review performance reports, MIS, and conversion ratios.
Ensure exceptional client experience and brand positioning.
Requirements:
Minimum
8-10 years
of experience in modular furniture / interior sales.
Strong experience in handling luxury clients & HNI accounts.
Proven leadership experience in modular or interior solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
