Role Objective
The GM Sales is responsible for leading the entire sales department to achieve monthly and annual volume targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores, and maintaining the dealership's market share in the Indore region. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and high-level coordination with
Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL)
.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Drive the sales of the entire Maruti Suzuki range to meet monthly volume targets.
Monitor and improve
conversion ratios
from inquiry to booking and final delivery.
Formulate and execute marketing and BTL (Below the Line) activities like roadshows, displays, and digital lead generation.
2. Operational Excellence
Ensure 100% adherence to
MSIL Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
.
Oversee value-added services including
Maruti Insurance, Finance (MIMF), True Value (Exchange), and Genuine Accessories (MGA)
.
3. Team Leadership & Training
Manage a large team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Consultants.
Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews and provide coaching to bridge performance gaps.
Ensure the team completes mandatory MSIL training and certifications.
4. Customer Experience (CSI/CDI)
Maintain top-tier
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
and Customer Delight Index (CDI) scores.
Handle high-level customer grievances and ensure timely resolution to maintain brand reputation.
5. Financial Management
Review P&L statements for the sales department.
Optimize operational costs while maintaining high productivity.
Manage dealer discount structures within the approved margins.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
