The General Manager - Sales is responsible for leading the entire sales operations of the two-wheeler dealership, achieving sales targets, improving customer experience, managing the sales team, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities1? Sales Management
Develop monthly and annual sales plans.
Ensure achievement of retail and wholesale targets.
Monitor enquiry-to-delivery conversions.
Coordinate with OEM for schemes, pricing, stock allocation, and reporting.
Drive campaigns and events to increase footfall.
2? Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team (Executives, Team Leaders, Telecallers).
Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
Motivate the team to meet individual and team targets.
Ensure product knowledge training and customer handling skills.
3? Customer Experience
Oversee showroom customer interactions and ensure high CSI/NPS scores.
Handle escalations and critical customer issues.
Ensure documentation accuracy (insurance, finance, RTO, delivery).
4? Inventory & Operations
Monitor vehicle stock levels and coordinate with OEM for replenishment.
Ensure fast-moving/slow-moving stock planning.
Maintain showroom standards--cleanliness, display, and brand guidelines.
5? Business Development & Marketing
Plan and execute local marketing activities.
Conduct corporate visits, test-ride events, and digital promotions.
Track competition activities and update management.
6? MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports.
Monitor lead management system (DMS/CRM).
Submit OEM reports on time.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
